Eligibility Criteria of Atmanirbhar Assam 2.0

To apply for the CMAAA 2.0, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Residency: Permanent resident of Assam.
  • Age: Between 28 and 45 years as of April 1, 2024.​
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of Class 10 pass for General Category; up to Class 10 for SC/ST/OBC candidates.​
  • Skills and Experience: Possess relevant skills, experience, or knowledge to undertake income-generating activities.​
  • Bank Account: An active bank account opened before April 1, 2024.​
  • Loan History: No defaults on loans from any scheduled commercial bank.​
  • Family Limit: Only one member per household is eligible.​
  • Employment Exchange Registration: Must have valid registration.
  • Not be defaulters in any other loans.
  • Not be beneficiaries of CMAAA 1.0.
